Hail the Snail 2.42

15 Dec

December 1st: This month serendipitously started with three Christmas cards, including this one from my dad:

oct1

December 2nd: More cards arrived– little ones, though! One more batch to go until I have all of the Woodland Critters ATCs.

December 4th: Last week began on a high thanks to letters from Allison, Jody, and Krista.

December 5th: The high continued between a postcard for Logan, Christmas cards from Justine, and this Doorknob ornament Ashley sent with her letter(!):

oct2

December 6th: Logan got the next package (thanks, dad), and I got a letter tucked inside a Christmas card from Sarah.

December 8th: Even more mail from Krista and Sarah arrived last week, and I also got Rose’s letter via Pablo and Alice in Wonderland leggings via Jen!

December 9th: On the same day Gabe and I bought Christmas presents for our nephew Jack, we received a Christmas card from him and his parents.

December 11th: Another week started on another high! I got a postcard from Krista, the postcards I recently ordered, and a letter from Justine.

December 12th: Two more letters followed thanks to Kayla and Kristy.

December 13th: The last Christmas card of this mail call came from the same person who gave me the awesome Doorknob ornament.

December 14th: The last mail over all? The first batch of Little Cards per December’s theme, as well as letters from Jody, Krista, AND Sarah!

Not only did I get all the fun mail up above (plus that awesome pair of leggings I mentioned), I also now have some peace of mind. Why? Because since the week of Thanksgiving, my mailboxes are no longer “tied” together so all of our regular mail is once again coming to Manolo like it was always supposed to. We still don’t know how that happened in the first place, or why certain things still came here, but now that the tie’s been severed, I’m letting it go. Pretty easy to do with the season of giving upon us 😉 One more mail call to go this year, and I’ll tell you the rest of the mail I’m given in 2017 then!

Sincerely, Kate ~!~
